Canan Moodie will miss the Bulls' Investec Champions Cup opener against Stade Français at Loftus Versfeld on Saturday after failing to clear HIA protocols following the 57-15 URC win over the Lions.
Moodie was forced off in the second half of that match after undergoing an HIA, having already scored a try and posed repeated aerial and line-breaking threats before his departure.
The Bulls have named an 18-strong back division in their Champions Cup squad, with Moodie listed despite his unavailability for the opening fixture. The full squad includes 10 Springboks who featured against the Lions.
