Johan Grobbelaar has committed his future to the Bulls, signing a contract extension that keeps him at Loftus Versfeld until 2030. The announcement came on Wednesday, with the hooker having surpassed 100 appearances in the blue jersey since his senior debut in 2017.
Blue Bulls Company CEO Edgar Rathbone described Grobbelaar as "a warrior on the field, a natural leader in the environment, and a loyal servant to this union who has consistently delivered at the highest level year after year."
The Bulls open their URC campaign away to Zebre on Saturday, 26 September.
