New Zealand have named their match-day 23 for Saturday's second Rugby Championship Test against the Springboks at DHL Stadium in Cape Town, with five personnel changes from the side that won 33-16 in Johannesburg last weekend.

Prop George Bower, effective off the bench in the first Test, moves into the starting XV to replace Ethan de Groot, who remains in HIA protocols. Lock Josh Lord also misses out, with Tupou Vaa'i shifting to the second row alongside Fabian Holland and Simon Parker coming into the blindside flank berth at six.

Xavier Numia and Patrick Tuipulotu are added to the bench as prop and lock cover respectively.

In the backs, Leroy Carter and Josh Moorby swap positions, with Carter starting at 11 and Moorby named on the bench as the outside back cover.

Coach Scott Robertson's team retains its first-Test spine, with Cam Roigard at halfback, Ruben Love at flyhalf, Damian McKenzie at fullback and Ardie Savea captaining the side at number eight.

Kick-off at DHL Stadium on Saturday is at 17:10 local time, with Georgian referee Nika Amashukeli in charge.
