All Blacks lose Jacobson to elbow injury ahead of Baltimore decider

Luke Jacobson's elbow injury adds to New Zealand's mounting casualty list — Ardie Savea and Quinn Tupaea are also out — as the All Blacks prepare to face South Africa in Baltimore next Saturday, with the Springboks leading the series 2-1.

New Zealand head to Baltimore for next Saturday's Rugby Championship finale against the Springboks with a depleted squad after Luke Jacobson became the third starter ruled out following Saturday's 29-24 defeat at Soccer City.

Jacobson joins captain Ardie Savea, who dislocated his shoulder in the first half, and centre Quinn Tupaea, who suffered a knee ligament tear. All three will miss the match in the United States.

South Africa, who lead the series 2-1, travel to Baltimore without Cheslin Kolbe, who broke his jaw in Saturday's clash.
