The SA Under-18 side completed a third consecutive unbeaten International Series campaign with a commanding 68-40 win over England U18 in the third and final round at Stellenberg High School in Cape Town's northern suburbs.

South Africa trailed 7-0 early after Archie Guyver crossed in the corner, but tries from Charles Whitehead, Ncutu Kepe and Jacobus de Villiers — converted by Ethan van Biljon, who was playing on his home school field — turned the match on its head to give the hosts a 19-7 lead. England clawed back through Will Moore and Charlie Bray to trail 26-19 at halftime, but the South Africans were the stronger side throughout and the second half belonged decisively to them.

Replacement hooker Theo Boshoff was the standout of the final 40 minutes, crossing three times from driving mauls as England's pack crumbled under sustained pressure. Achmat Behardien, who kicked six conversions and produced the crossfield ball that put Anesu Kuzonyei over, orchestrated much of the damage from the back. De Villiers, captain and two-try scorer on the day, was equally influential. South Africa ran in six second-half tries to close out an emphatic victory.

England showed character in patches — reducing the deficit to 54-40 through replacement Jack McIntosh — but could not contain South Africa's forward-driven momentum in the closing stages.

Having already beaten France and Ireland in the opening two rounds, the win sealed a clean sweep of the 2026 series for South Africa. The SA U18 'A' side also won all three of their matches across the tournament.
