Prop Ox Nché will join the select group of players to have represented South Africa 50 times, whilst Eben Etzebeth will extend his record as the most capped Springbok to 144 appearances. Should Deon Fourie take the field from the bench, the flanker will become the oldest player to feature in a Test match for South Africa at 39 years old, surpassing Victor Matfield and Schalk Brits.
