Assistant coach Felix Jones has given a positive injury update on Siya Kolisi and Ox Nché, with both players tracking well ahead of Saturday's Rugby Championship Test against the All Blacks at Ellis Park.

Kolisi has been working through a hamstring injury sustained against Argentina that cut his match short after 20 minutes, while Nché is returning from a knee injury that has kept him out since the England Test earlier in the year.

Jones confirmed on Tuesday that training had raised no fresh concerns. "Both are tracking pretty good. There's been no flags or issues from what we've seen today in training. We'd still have another session around the week, but there's been nothing majorly negative coming out of either of their recovery plans."

Erasmus had flagged the pair as the squad's only injury concerns on Monday, contingent on them coming through that day's session. One further training run remains before he names his team on Thursday.
