Injury forces changes to SA Schools squads ahead of Gqeberha fixture

Olwethu Kosani has been ruled out of the SA Schools squad through injury, with fellow Sharks back Anesu Kuzonyei promoted from the SA Schools 'A' squad as his replacement.

Kuzonyei's move up creates a vacancy in the 'A' squad, filled by Eastern Province utility back Lucritia Magua of Graeme College, who was part of the SA Schools 'A' setup last year. The reshuffle brings the total number of players with prior experience at this level across both squads to 11.

Both squads are currently in Gqeberha preparing for Thursday's fixture at Grey High School, where the SA Schools match kicks off at 15h00. It will be preceded by the historic first meeting between the two SA Schools Girls squads at 13h00, with both matches broadcast live on SuperSport Schools.
