Australia's 2027 Rugby World Cup runs from 1 October to 13 November, with eight stadiums across six cities confirmed to host the 61-match tournament. The Springboks begin their title defence against Italy at Adelaide Oval, while Brisbane Stadium also features in South Africa's pool schedule.

Stadium Australia in Sydney — the 82 000-capacity Olympic Stadium — serves as the tournament's centrepiece, hosting eight matches including both semifinals and the final. It becomes only the fourth venue, alongside Eden Park, Twickenham and the Stade de France, to host a men's Rugby World Cup final for a second time.

Perth Stadium (60 000) hosts the tournament opener on 1 October when Australia face Hong Kong, along with four further pool matches and two round-of-16 ties. Brisbane Stadium — Suncorp Stadium, formerly Lang Park — carries the heaviest load with 10 matches: six pool games, two round-of-16 ties and both quarterfinals. South Africa play there as well as in Adelaide.

Melbourne's Docklands Stadium, also known as Marvel Stadium, is the only roofed venue and will keep its roof closed throughout all eight of its matches — six pool games and two in the round of 16. Adelaide Oval hosts six pool games. Sydney Football Stadium, the Moore Park facility completed in 2022, hosts three pool matches and two last-16 ties.

Two smaller venues round out the schedule. North Queensland Stadium in Townsville (25 000), making its World Cup debut, hosts four pool games featuring Tonga, Canada, Georgia and Spain. Newcastle Stadium, McDonald Jones Stadium, accommodates 30 000 and is located two hours north of Sydney.
